Veteran employment is our priority. Too often, too many veterans have a tremendous amount of skills and experience that doesn't translate to civilian employment requirements. We encourage Veterans to meaningful civilian employment and help them to translate those skills into a job with MSR Transport Services, Inc. We provide the ability to continue to serve our country and DoD by hauling materials and loads that save lives, literally.

Here we are now by the Grace of God living our best life! Enjoying our lifestyle. It was an adjustment to go from a cents per mile mentality I want everyone who joins the MSR family to know that you have a friend and someone who will be there to support and encourage you to the best of my ability. I was given that gift by others in the MSR family and I offer that to you.

Our initial interaction with Rob when we were first interested in bringing our truck to the fleet was extremely insightful, kind and friendly. All of the interactions we have had with Sean have been wonderful as well. He is always willing to help, and if he doesn't have the answer to a question, he has been quick to find one for us!

We have been driving team for MSR since August 2015. We both have driven for several mega carriers before we decided to try out this, then brand new, company. After all, if it was too good to be true (as it sounded to us at first) we could go anywhere we wanted. But they have done everything they promised and then some! This is family to us now, not just a company who says they’re family but actually treat us as such too. They genuinely care about us, the drivers, and do everything in their power to make sure we can do our job without hassle. After 6 years we still feel we hit the jackpot when we joined this family. They have great equipment and will make sure it’s safe and maintained.

As a driver one of the most important things to me is to know that I matter and that my family matters. Yes making money is an important factor, but you can make all the money in the world and it wouldn’t matter if you couldn’t get to your family when they need you most. Being out here on the road is often difficult because we do miss so many family celebrations. Life happens while we are rolling the miles. It is the important things that matter most to me and MSR stands beside us when we make the decision to be with family in those crucial moments.
